I booked an over the phone apt and paid the fee associated with booking. I was contacted by the nurse a couple days before and at that point I told her I would be unable to attend the appointment as I had a death in the family and the appointment time was during the funeral. They refused to refund or reschedule. I chopped it up into bad business practices and not caring about their patients and took it as a lessened learned. I am still looking into places to get the procedure I wanted done and the more I've thought about the situation the more aggravated I have become. So I came to yelp to leave feedback on the nursing/desk staff of the facility. I can't actually vouch for the doctor's because I have never spoken to one and can't vouch for their ability or patient care. However, as a healthcare provider myself, I am disappointed in their staffing decisions and how things weee handled.

I wanted to share a personal story with all of you today. This is a rather emotional post for me.

Being naturally tall and slender, I didn't have much in terms of curves until my 20s. But then, after two kids, major weight gain, weight loss and breastfeeding for over a year with each of them, my breasts went through some major changes. They became heavy, saggy, and caused me unbearable back pain. It's safe to say I was no longer comfortable in my own skin.

So, I began my search for a doctor who could perform a breast reduction surgery that not only reduced the size but also made them look good. I wanted to feel confident and like myself again, especially when my children are all grown up.

I'm incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Haiavy. Meeting him directly, I was able to express my concerns and ask all my questions. He never pushed his opinions on me and allowed me to lead the conversation. It made a huge difference in how I felt about the whole process.

Setting up the surgery with Dr. Haiavy and his amazing team was the easiest thing I've ever done in my life. Seriously, nothing compares. And what impressed me even more was that Dr. Haiavy offered holistic treatments. He suggested hyperbaric treatment for quicker healing and even provided natural supplements created by his team to support the healing process.

I truly believe in Dr. Haiavy and his approach, not only because of what he says but also how he delivers it. I must also mention Dr. Kang, who provided a valuable female perspective throughout the journey. When you choose Dr. Haiavy, you truly get the best of all worlds.

I had a breast augmentation back in 2018 with Dr. Haiavy and was really impressed with my results, the office and the overall professional and warm vibe the practice gave off. When I found out I had a leak in one of my implants this year, they took amazing care of me for the second time. If you're looking for a skilled plastic surgeon and staff members that are with you every step of the way, look no further.

I had breast augmentation completed here in 2015 and still am happy with my results. I went from deflated pancakes on my chest after losing 100 pounds and nursing for 2 years, to natural looking melons. I had saline implants placed under the muscle, with my incision through the nipple: I have NO scarring (even right after) and my breasts look and feel great and natural. Most people aren't aware they're fake. Dr. Jaiavy was phenomenal and actually listened to my needs and wants in getting augmentation done unlike other facilities I had consults completed at. He wasn't pushy and answered all my questions. Staff were sweet during my consult and surgery and day of surgery I was in and out and felt cared for. My 10 years is coming up and I will return to inland cosmetic as I trust that I'm in good hands.

3 weeks in recovery from my surgery. I'm amazed at the transformation already and the staff assures me it's going to just keep getting better. From the beginning my experience has been nothing but professional, supportive and kind. I did visit other locations but chose Dr Haiavy for Inland Inny because that matters BIG TIME! Night of surgery Dr called to make sure I was ok and they have communicated through the entire process on what I should expect and what I need to do for best success. I wouldn't go anyplace else and if anybody asks this is the only place to even consider.
Also had the Lymphatic massages done by Paulina and again nothing but wonderful things to say about that experience too. This is a big decision to make and I know I chose the best in the IE to go through this journey with.....thank you all so much! Life changing!

It was time to have my old implants removed and replaced. I was dealing with a terrible case of encapsulation. And I also decided to go with a smaller size. I therefore needed to find an experienced, skilled surgeon. Dr. Haiavy was just that and more. He's very gentle, compassionate and professional. I'm more than happy with my results and I recommend him. His staff is also very friendly and professional. The office is beautiful but not intimidating, the atmosphere is very comfortable.

Dr. Haiavy and his staff were absolutely amazing ! The entire process from appointments, to questions.To pre and post op was so smooth. Karen made me feel really comfortable going into the whole process and Dr. Haiavy did a really good job. I am 10 months post op and I couldn't be happier with my results.

Dr. Ryan performed my breast reduction last week and I am already so happy with the results. The whole surgical team was amazing in making me feel as comfortable as possible. I was so impressed with Lena (the nurse) and the anesthesiologist. My results are better than I could have imagined. First and foremost, staff here are caring & attentive. M.A's Nancy & Brenda are not only attentive but patient as well! Dr Jones was attentive during my recovery process & answered all my concerns. He was available via text/phone call. My process has been a roller coaster but that's expected w/ major surgery. I'm currently 3 months Post Op & I'm loving my results thus far. Looking forward to my 1 year Post Op to fully see results. If you're on the fence on getting a procedure from here, DO IT. Ask all the questions you may have as they have no problem in answering any concerns. Especial thanks to the girls (Brenda & Nancy), Dr Jones & of course Dr Haiavy!!
